Product Care

Taking proper care of your Pawprint Pup products is necessary to keep items looking their best for as long as possible. While our products are made to last, they are not chew proof and normal wear and tear is to be expected.

Hand-wash all items with warm water and mild soap, hang or lay flat to dry. Do not use harsh chemicals or bleach on any items. Read the specific products for further product care information.

Bandanas

- When ironing, avoid the vinyl lettering, adjustable popper fasteners or labels. 

- We recommend ironing the opposite side to the vinyl lettering.

Harnesses, Collars, Leads & Bow-Ties

- Do not iron. 

- For tougher dirt, use a soft bristle brush to scrub the dirt away. 

Paw & Nose Balms

- Do not store in direct sunlight.

- Store in a dry cool place.

Please note: Our products are handmade using high quality materials, but are not indestructible. The owner/Customer is responsible for supervision, usage and suitability of using the products with their pets, like all human accessories, pet accessories are also subject to wear and tear and it is the responsibility of the owner/Customer to keep an eye on the condition to ensure the product is safe for their pup to wear.
